Every finance professional working through Dutch continues to develop in a focused way within the role he or she performs in practice. The Academy connects day-to-day assignments with learning objectives, reflection and professional deepening. This creates not a separate training programme, but development embedded in the work itself.
Dutch primarily works with medior and senior finance professionals. They already know the profession, but want to grow towards greater independence, broader employability, stronger mastery of modern systems or a more substantial role in reporting, control or finance management.
That is why the Academy works with concrete development tracks, such as moving from administration to control, modern finance operations, reporting & closing, AI & automation in finance, senior finance leadership and international finance support. Each track connects to recognisable practical situations and to the candidate’s next career step.
In this way, the Dutch Academy helps finance professionals become stronger in their current role and prepare for the way finance will develop in the coming years: more digital, smarter and more focused on insight, steering and responsibility.
The Dutch Academy welcomes both existing Dutch clients and professionals who are not yet clients. Existing clients receive complimentary access to our sessions, enabling them to benefit from the high-quality knowledge sharing and interactive discussions within the platform. Non-clients are welcome to participate for a cost-covering contribution of approximately €250 per session, which helps us maintain the quality and continuity of the Academy.
New participants start as aspiring members. During their first session, they are introduced to the structure, the personal setting, and the level of depth that characterizes our gatherings. After this introductory session, they may choose to become full members, gaining access to all future sessions, exclusive content, and the extensive network of like-minded professionals.
In this way, the Dutch Academy combines openness to interested participants with a sense of selection and exclusivity, ensuring that every session remains valuable, relevant, and inspiring for all members.
