Dutch is looking for experienced mid-level and senior finance professionals who take their profession seriously and want to work in a modern, digital finance environment. You work remotely for practice partners: finance departments that need strong people and, at the same time, offer a professional environment in which you can continue to develop.
You are no longer at the start of your career. You understand how accounting and finance processes work, know what is needed to produce reliable figures and can contribute independently to closing, reporting, control, finance operations, reconciliations, management information or process improvement. Depending on your level of experience, your role may be operational, coordinating or advisory within finance teams.
Through Dutch, you combine professional assignments with continuous development. The Dutch Academy supports your growth, for example towards reporting & business insight, modern finance operations, AI & automation in finance, control or finance leadership. You are therefore not only working on assignments, but also actively building the next step in your career.
Your responsibilities
You support finance departments with daily finance operations, month-end and year-end closing, reporting, controls, analysis and process improvement. You work digitally, accurately and independently, while remaining part of a professional network. Senior professionals may also take on responsibilities in coaching, quality control, project coordination or improving finance processes.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of relevant finance experience for a mid-level role, or at least 10 years for a senior role.
You have experience in accounting, reporting, closing, control or finance operations.
You are independent, eager to learn and want to keep developing in a profession that is becoming increasingly digital.
You work accurately, communicate professionally and feel comfortable in a digital working environment.

Your Responsibilities
Telefonisch benaderen van administratie – en accountantskantoren in Nederland. Inventariseren van ambities, groeiplannen en bereidheid tot toetreding. Vastleggen van gespreksresultaten en opvolgen van afspraken. Samenwerken met het dealteam voor het vervolgtraject. Meedenken over nieuwe acquisitie-aanpakken en communicatie.
