The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of DutchCo. It sets the overall strategy, coordinates acquisitions, oversees the integration of new firms, and manages both financial and operational matters.
The Advisory Board supports the Executive Board with strategic guidance on DutchCo’s direction. It acts as a sounding board and safeguards the long-term vision of the organization.
This committee develops DutchCo’s central IT policy. It manages the selection, integration, and ongoing development of ERP, CRM, and BI solutions, while safeguarding digital infrastructure and data integrity across the group.
Responsible for the design and enforcement of uniform quality procedures. This committee ensures compliance with laws, professional standards, and technical guidelines, and supervises both internal and external quality reviews.
Focuses on developing new propositions, positioning Dutch as a brand, and stimulating entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional development within the affiliated firms.
This committee is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new firms wishing to join DutchCo. It manages the acquisition strategy, conducts initial meetings, and supports the onboarding process.
