To support our growth in the Brabant region, we are looking for experienced office leads or regional managers with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will take charge of your own Dutch-branded office and play a key role in building a high-quality accountancy network.
You will manage a team of professionals, oversee service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships. While you operate with considerable independence, you’ll be supported by DutchCo in areas like IT, back office, quality, and strategic development.As a local leader, you’ll also become a shareholder in your office and benefit directly from the value you create.

The New Member Committee plays a crucial role in the growth of DutchCo. As a member of this committee, you will be the first point of contact for accountancy and administrative firms interested in joining Dutch — our brand representing a growing national network of offices.
You will conduct targeted outreach campaigns, identify opportunities, and use your communication skills to build trust from the very first conversation. You're not a “call center type,” but someone who listens attentively, shows genuine interest, and asks the right questions. You understand what motivates entrepreneurs — and recognize when a firm is ready for the next step.
Your Responsibilities
Telefonisch benaderen van administratie – en accountantskantoren in Nederland. Inventariseren van ambities, groeiplannen en bereidheid tot toetreding. Vastleggen van gespreksresultaten en opvolgen van afspraken. Samenwerken met het dealteam voor het vervolgtraject. Meedenken over nieuwe acquisitie-aanpakken en communicatie.
